Our Services · Central Florida

Every channel, engineered for one thing: revenue.

Web design, SEO, paid social, and PPC, built as one connected system instead of disconnected campaigns.

Five services, but they are really one system.

Most businesses buy marketing in pieces: an ad agency here, a web guy there, an SEO contractor somewhere else. The pieces work. The seams between them are where the money leaks out.

foundation01

Fix the destination first

Traffic is worthless if the page it lands on does not convert. Every engagement starts by looking at what happens after the click: page speed, mobile layout, form friction, and whether the offer is clear in the first screen. Sending paid traffic to a site that converts at 1% instead of 3% means paying triple for the same customer.

bolt02

Buy demand while you earn it

SEO compounds but it is slow, usually three to six months before the curve bends. Paid search and paid social produce leads in week one at a known cost. Most clients run both: ads carry the pipeline while organic builds underneath it, and the keyword data from the ad account tells us which pages are worth writing.

Own the channel you are not renting

Rankings and an email list are assets you keep. Ad accounts are rent you pay every month. Once paid is stable we shift budget toward organic visibility and owned audience so the cost per customer falls instead of tracking whatever the auction is doing that quarter.

None of that is theoretical. The case studies walk through the actual numbers on real accounts, the portfolio shows the sites, and the testimonials are from the owners who paid for the work. If you would rather audit your own site before talking to anyone, the SEO checklist is the same one we run internally, and it is free.

Find the sentence that sounds like your business.

Nobody needs all five services on day one. Start where the problem actually is.

Traffic is fine, almost nobody converts

The problem is the site, not the channel. Start with the website, then revisit acquisition.

You need customers this month

Organic will not get there in time. Paid search or paid social produces volume in days, at a cost you can measure from the first week.

PPC Marketingarrow_outward

Ad costs keep climbing every year

You are renting all of your traffic. SEO and an owned email list bring the blended cost per customer back down.

Search Engine Optimizationarrow_outward

You serve a city or a service radius

Map pack position drives the calls. Local SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, and location pages are the lever.

Local SEOarrow_outward

You want leads, not a marketing project

Skip the retainer. We run the campaigns on our side and you pay per qualified lead or per booked appointment.

Lead Generation Servicesarrow_outward

You already have leads and they go cold

The gap is follow-up, not volume. Automated email and SMS sequences work the list you already paid for.

Serving a specific market? We run local campaigns in Orange City, Sanford, Daytona Beach, Orlando, Los Angeles, and Long Beach.

What working together actually looks like.

RouillardMedia is deliberately small. You are not handed to a junior account coordinator after the sales call, because there is no sales team and no junior coordinator. The person who builds the strategy is the person who runs it and the person who answers your email.

More on that in who we are and why clients stay.

A real audit before a proposal

Before anyone quotes a number, we look at your analytics, your search visibility, and your ad accounts. If the honest answer is that you do not need what we sell, that is what you get told. It costs us a deal and saves you a year.

One number that matters

Impressions and rankings are diagnostics, not results. Every engagement gets a primary metric tied to revenue, usually cost per qualified lead or cost per booked job, and reporting is built around that number instead of a dashboard screenshot.

Month to month, not locked in

No twelve-month contracts. If the work stops producing, you should be able to leave, and knowing that keeps the pressure where it belongs. Accounts, data, and code stay in your name the entire time.

You can see the work

Live access to the ad accounts, the analytics, and the task board. There is no version of the report that only we can see.

Questions we get before the first call.

Do I have to buy all of this at once?

expand_more

No, and most clients should not. Nearly every engagement starts with one service. The reason all five live under one roof is that the handoffs between them are where results usually leak: the ad agency blames the website, the web agency blames the ad targeting, and nobody owns the number. When one team runs the whole path from impression to booked job, there is no one to hand the blame to.

How long before I see results?

expand_more

Paid search and paid social produce leads in the first week, though the first three to four weeks are spent finding the winning audience and creative, so early cost per lead is usually higher than steady state. SEO is slower: meaningful ranking movement typically shows between month three and month six, and compounds after that. Website work is measured on conversion rate, so you see the effect as soon as enough traffic has passed through to be significant.

What do you actually need from me?

expand_more

Access to whatever exists (Google Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts, your site), an honest number for what a customer is worth to you, and a person who can answer a question within a day or two. The last one matters more than people expect. Campaigns stall waiting on approvals more often than they stall on strategy.

Do I own the accounts and the work?

expand_more

Yes, all of it. Ad accounts are created under your business, the website code and the domain are yours, and the analytics and CRM data stay in your name. If the relationship ends you keep everything and nothing needs rebuilding. There is no proprietary platform holding your campaigns hostage.

Do you work outside Central Florida?

expand_more

Yes. RouillardMedia LLC is based in Orange City, Florida, but web design, SEO, and paid advertising do not depend on being in your city. Most clients are elsewhere in the United States. Local SEO is the only service where geography changes the work, and even there we run campaigns in markets from Daytona Beach to Los Angeles.
